From a 16oz can dated 7/24/20 into a pint glass.
Pours black as night with about two fingers of tan head. Great retention, still about a quarter finger of head left after several minutes. Excellent lacing as well.
Smells of coffee, dark chocolate smoke and a bit of tart fruit. tons of flavor.
Taste follows except for the fruit. A bit of alcohol heat in there as well. Alcohol decreases as temperature warms.
Only complaint on this one is that the mouthfeel is a touch thin for a beer this big. I wouldn't classify the feel as thin-it's quite full-bodied-just expected a thicker feel. Feel is also incredibly smooth and creamy.
Overall, this is a winner. Price was a little high at $21/4pk but it goes to a good cause.

16 oz can
pours jet black, with dark tan colored head. pretty tasty - big espresso, dark cocoa, molasses and black licorice flavors in the aroma and taste. Starts sweeter but finishes dry. Thick, smooth, full bodied.
