Gose style ale with raspberries.
A: A murky pink strawberry-raspberry exit from the can is very bright and pronounced on the pour. A solid pinkish-beet toned head is thick and dense, solid at two inches and resilient due to its creamy thickness. Lots of micro bubble textures within. Love the beet red-raspberry coloring, very loud and obnoxious carbonation audible with a fruit smoothie like appearance. Sticky fruit patches on the vessel for lacing.
S: Tart and juicy raspberries. check. Smooth fruity sourness, even toned, very pleasant and easy to intake. Simple in execution, but berry good results.
T: Pretty sure that's raspberries I am picking up on the flavor (sic). Yeasty sweet and tart nature, wet bread, with a sweet twang of, you guessed it, raspberries. Again as with the nose, simple yet eloquent and smooth with big perception.
M: Thick mouthful, bready-milky depth with tons of massaging carbonation bubbles that crackle with delight. Long massaging nature on the tongue.
O: Overall a milkshake, raspberry smoothie, with a huge flavor and thick body from the raspberries. An odd and intriguing color captures the eye, almost shades of v-8. a kettle sour. Great drinkability, enjoyable, very smooth and different.
