Pours a med frothy 1.5 finger head with med retention, a bit of lacing, crystal clear light pale straw color

Nose brings nice floral herbal noble hops up front, a touch grassy, nice noble hop character, light cereal grain with a grainy-sweet pilsner malt, touch doughy

Taste brings more noble hops out front, nice floral herbal slight grassy noble hop character with med bitterness, getting a touch spicy later, good grainy-sweet pilsner malt, a little cereal and doughy, good soft lager, semi crisp dry finish, fair crisp bitterness but no detectable sulfate

Mouth is med to a bit lighter bod, med to a touch lighter carb, soft lager

Overall actually quite nice, surprisingly good pilsner, don't think there's a decoction mash, great noble hop, nice base malt but a bit light overall on malt, body, and carb, but nitpicking there

A - Light gold pour with moderate carbonation cascading up through the middle of the glass, nice dense soapy white foam resting on top that doesn't dissipate.

S - Dry earthy citrus, grass, and crisp malt permeate the nose. The smell is really alluring!

T - Crackery malt base with earthy spicy citrus over top, and some grassiness that finishes a little towards the more bitter side. Ends with a nice, lingering blend of earthy grassy citrus.

M - Big body for a Pilsner with initial prickly carbonation that gets lost in the thickness of the texture and finishes soft.

O - A little thick for a Pils but I really dig the dry nose and the flavor. Would buy again.
