Short Throw Brewing

My first beer from this brewery, a pretty good NE IPA!! Poured from a 16 oz. can into a pint glass, this beer is a hazy straw yellow color with a big foamy white head. Good retention and lacing. According to the brewery, this beer is brewed with 100% mosaic hops. The aroma and taste feature a tropical fruit (mangos/passion fruit)) aspect and a definite floral hops presence. The typical NE IPA grapefruit presence is either not there or muted. The bitterness level is about medium, you wouldn't characterize this as a real hoppy beer. Mouthfeel is crisp and rich. There is little alcohol presence and the fruity and floral hops play well on the tongue. Very enjoyable!!!
