This is a barrel-aged version of Who Got Da Props? with no adjuncts. We let the barrel add all it's nuance this time around. This beer sat in Buffalo Trace barrels for 11 months, and we didn't add adjuncts to obscure what characteristics the barrel does to this base. Enjoy!

This one pours a very dark black color, with a small head, and just a little bit of lacing.
This smells like coffee, roasted malt, spicy oak, dark fruit, tobacco, licorice, and some vague spicing.
I like this a little better than the Gold Wax version of this with peanut butter and coffee, as the barrel shines super clear and deliciously through this one. There’s lots of oak, coffee, tobacco, and spice here, with a rich dark chocolate and roasty backbone. It tastes like exactly what you’d expect a clean barrel aged stout to taste like.
This is medium bodied, rich but not overly thick, with very little booziness.
I really need to get my hands on more Short Throw beers – this is excellent.
