Storefront in downtown Allentown. Long narrow building - takeout cooler when you walk in, some seating, then the bar, more seating, then restrooms and brewery in the back. There is also outdoor space parrallel adjacent to the building with tables. 12 beers on tap decent variety of styles, although several IPAs. Had a flight of the Helles Lager, Red Ale, WC IPA, and Coffee Cream Ale. Decent quality. Service was fine. We didnt have any food.

Very big and cool place! They had 12 beers on tap as well as single cans to drink and cans to go. They had a nice variety of beer styles including NE IPAs, light lager, Mexican lager, fruited sour, saison, nitro red ale, amber, pilsner, and 2 stouts. All in all this place made excellent lagers a solid pastry stout and a great blood orange IPA! The bartender Steph was very kind and knowledgeable. Their pizza was absolutely amazing! I would highly recommend the Bianca Diablo! One of the best pizza's I've ever had in my life!

Stopped by last night for dinner, 'been wanting to check this place out. They are located within the proximity of the PPL Center in downtown Allentown on Hamilton Street. Very cool older building with a wide open two story dining area that goes all the way to the ceiling with brick walls on either side, pretty cool! There's a 2nd floor / loft area that overlooks the dining area in the front, the upper area looks like it's "floating" in the air with the tall brick walls on either side. There was live acoustic music which was a nice touch, and a fire oven in the back for making pizza. The menu ranges from signature pizzas to salads to sandwiches, their signature appears to be the unique pizzas which I would love to try next time. There was four of us and all were very satisfied with the meal, in the food was really good. I had the Sliders and the beef was top notch. For the beer, they have a very limited selection of their own stuff which was disappointing but I understand since they are just starting out. Eleven taps total with only (5) being their own beer. The other (6) taps were all local / regional breweries which I really dig. The Bru Daddy beer selection was:

PPaLe (Nice play on the letters since the PPL Center is close by.) - The best beer in my flight with nice spiciness.
Haze Daddy IPA (New England IPA - was very nice)
Saison De Papa (my least favorite in my flight of beers)
Proletariat (Brown Ale)
No Shoobies (Imperial IPA)

It's nice to see another brewer in the revitalized downtown Allentown area. Worth a look if you're in the area.

Went to this new brewery after a LV Phantoms hockey game. Located right across the street from the PPL Center. They only had three of their brews on tap with many quest taps available. The service was excellent, Their beer is average but looking forward to new brews they may brew. Their handcrafted artisan pizza was amazing.
