Hazy yellow, with slightly more than one finger of long-lasting white head.
Smells of light bready malt, with hints of honey and lemon.
Taste is bread crust, with an indistinct fruity flavor that borders on citrus, but can't be positively described as such. Light floral/spicy hop flavor. Drier than the aroma would indicate.
Feel is light, with moderate, very,very fine carbonation tingle.
Overall , this comes across as a blonde crossed with a kolsch. Haven't had that many kolschs, but this seems different than any that I've encountered[ If this is more typical than my limited experience suggests, apologies to the brewers. ;)] . Enjoyable as such, but don't expect pure, standard kolsch.
