It pours a deep brown/red with a 2 finger head of foam, good retention and lacing.
It smells of caramel malt, light hoppiness, a hint of fruit
The taste is not so sweet caramel malt, some citrus hops, has some astringency which detracts.
Fairly light bodied with adequate carbonation.
This is okay.

A dark red/brown color. One inch off-white head that fades quickly.

One of the best dark lagers I’ve ever had. My new favorite Meier’s Creek beer. Lots of flavor. Dry roasted chocolate as well as caramel notes. Amazing dark logger. Brewed with 100% NYS ingredients and hopped with cascade grown on property.
