Turtle Lake Brewing Company

Cool lakeside place, very American brewpub feel - maybe apart from the billiards table. 12 beers on tap, though menu shows 16 so clearly they do some rotation. Mostly hoppy beers and lagers, but a few to deviate including a cream ale and saison. Quality is quite good across different styles, hoppy beers tend to be balanced. Service is absent. Food is mostly western menu with some hints of Asian flavor (tofu, karaage) very comfortable place for an American to enjoy a craft beer in Hanoi but admittedly I do wish I could have enjoyed the beers with a pork and noodle dish
