Pint pour on draught at the brewery. It pours a hazy, pale, grassy yellow with a thin, milky head and lacing. The nose offers sweet cereal grains with a whiff of lemon and spices. The flavor includes a nice blend of corn meal, dry cracker, tart citrus, and hints of hop bitterness and spice. This ale is crisp and lite with pleasant carbonation, and the 5.6% ABV gives it good substance for the style. Overall, this ale is nicely done and I enjoyed it sitting outdoors on a warm August afternoon. I commend any brewer for making this style.
