Reviewing after a Lomza Jasne...this it seems is a slightly more premium version, in a smaller bottle! And 6%.
Lomza Pils is mega sweet, Lomza Jasne is also a little sweet. Both have flavour in their hops, but without much bitterness. Let's see how this version compares.
Definitely less sweetness in the aroma. Lots more hops bitterness. Ok head level.
Less sweet than the Lomza Jasne...a little more crisp. Not necessarily more flavour, just less sweetness and more punchy hops. Dates, honey and prunes dominate, with a little orange peel. Mouth feel is reasonably full bodied and there is an interesting honey aftertaste.
This doesn't really stand out, it's mega average. But well balanced and I like the 6%. Still a little on the sweet side...

Clear and golden with a respectable head and lace.
Aroma is of sweet malts with candy apples and yeast.
Taste is sweet, mild fruits.
The feel has a clean finish with a light body and smooth, easy to drink.
Not great but o.k.
medium carbonation with yeast grains in finish.

Fairly forgettable. A very typical euro lager.

Sad to say I wasn't even able to choke/gag this one down. Really incredibly and wildly unpleasant aroma and flavor, nobody at the party (not even a few college kids who swore by busch light) could smell it let alone drink it.

L: Poured from a bottle to a pilsner glass. Had a dirty yellow color and a cloudy consistency. There was a half inch of foamy head that quickly dissipated. Not much lacing to speak of.
S: A lot of malt, as expected, but also a little hops and an unpleasantly funky quality.
T: Tasted of a whole bunch of malt, a tinge of hops, with corn and a grainy quality. Overly malty, to be sure, and this is just one problem. It's too top heavy and almost skunky to be effective.
F: A fair amount of carbonation with an almost metallic finish. Medium-bodied.
O: Euro Pale Lagers are rarely great and this is no exception. It's a malt bomb with little to recommend it.

Not a bad import from Poland. Worth trying again

Label says "Lomza Piwo Jasne Pelne", 6%.
Pours clear golden (a bit towards copper) with a small white head that lasts for a while.
Smell of sweet malts, alcohol, a weird medicinal note and some faint hops.
Taste starts with sweet malts, syrupy, with some hints of honey, corn and some biscuit. A mild fruitiness also, some apple and pear. Something spicy (or more like numbing alcohol) follows, mixed with a bad bitterness, resulting in a bad finish, unclean and off-putting.
Medium body, fizzy like mineral water. Actually refreshing, if not for the poor aftertaste.
Eh, not exactly horrible, but not too good. Really cheap tho, so it doesn't hurt to try it.
