A gentle pour from a pint can into a clear glass Imperial pint mug produced way too much foam. It's starchy white and as it quickly recedes, leaves an uneven and erratic glass lacing. The color is an opaque light blond. There's not much to smell, only a bland starchy sensation devoid of hops and malt. There are adjunct commercial beers with better aroma. This will have to taste great (unlikely) for a big turnaround. No seatbelts needed because this is as least as disappointing as the eyes and nose would lead you to believe. In fact, it might be worse. This has no body, no hoppy influence and no malting sweetness, nor earthiness. This may be one of the worst self-acclaimed New England IPAs you should never bother to try. Across the board, there is nothing good. There's no visual, smell, taste, nor mouthfeel. This is a rare total avoid recommendation from this reviewer.
