I tried this beer at the brewery. It poured an opaque dark with off white head that did not leave much lace. The scent had subtle dark sweet malt notes with chocolate highlights. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with cocoa presence. The mouthefeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it is a great beer.
