I tried this beer at the brewery. It poured a rich nearly opaque dark amber with off white head that did not leave much lace. The scent had subtle dark sweet malt notes with subtle bitter hop highlights. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with dark malt start and subtle bitter finish. The mouthefeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it is a decent beer.
