Arabella Drei was brewed in collaboration with Arabella Park Beer Bar for their recent 3rd anniversary. It’s a historic Berliner Weiße aged in red wine barrels with woodruff. This Berliner uses a unique strain of brettanomyces harvested from a 40 year old bottle in Germany from a now extinct brewery.
This beer pours peachy in colour with aromas of mulled apple cider and floral spicy notes. It has a moderate acidity with flavours of crunchy peaches, apple skins and perfumy tamarind. Mild tannins come out as the beer warms in the glass. Light bodied and dry this 3.3% beer drinks easily. Like all of our mixed ferments this beer is bottle conditioned and, best stored upright in a fridge 24 hours prior to enjoyment.
Drink now at 7°C or cellar for a year to let the funk come out.

Reverence's first full production beer, for the local bar Arabella Park. The Woodruff in it gives it an interesting dry bitterness edge that has mellowed into an interesting tart creation.
