Gosé Cuervo

This beer was done in collaboration with People’s Pint in Toronto. They make a home run Gosé with tequila and lime. It’s sour, refreshing and one of our favourite summer sippers. We invited Pete from People’s Pint to come brew his recipe with us, we then added a few variations. We aged this in tequila barrels and added a historic German brett strain (the same used in last month's Arabella: Drei). This beer is highly carbonated. We recommend chilling upright 24 hours prior to opening and having a glass ready. Lime, tequila, white grape juice and subtle stone fruit. This beer is extremely refreshing. Pairs well with Clementine Catering Shrimp ceviche.
