After 4 years,over 50 months, this pastry stout still amazingly delivers pretty good ice cream flavours, pumpkin spice ice cream, expresso ice cream or topping, and vanilla. Miss these guys early day beers that those of us who knew them.

Bottle: Poured a pitch-black color stout with a medium size dark brown foamy head with some retention and light lacing. Aroma of strong floral espresso notes with some sweet chocolate notes and light spiced bourbon notes. Taste is a nice mix of strong dominant floral espresso notes with some sweet black chocolate notes with some light spices and some bourbon notes with vanilla and also noticeable. Body is full with creamy texture and good carbonation. Very enjoyable pastry stout with nice mix of flavours while retaining some balance.
