This Méthode Traditionnelle was turbid mashed, boiled long with aged leaf hops, coolshipped overnight before spontaneously fermenting in barrel. After a year of maturation in cask we blended 3 barrels and aged a portion of our favourite blend components on 400g/L whole Bing Cherries. Barrel club exclusive.

Still very good flavour and sippability, showing much tart cherry and only a little brett. Reddish colour, no head left. RIP Reverence one of their best.
