Coolship sour cherry beer with mulling spices, fermented in American oak wine barrels with about 10% unpasteurized apple cider from Windy Brow Farms in Fredon, N.J., and a healthy blend of numerous brettanomyces strains and wild saccharomyces.
We also added a small amount of Malbec grape juice and a huge addition of Montmorency sour cherries. Served still and hot.
