750ml capped bottle into a Brooklyn Brewery snifter.
Pours nearly flat. Color is black tea. Dark. Nose is mildly sweet and yeasty. I get white wine grapes and vinegar. A touch of woodiness but pretty mellow overall. Beer opens boozy. Notes of ethanol and vinegar acidity up front. Sweet white wine grapes in the back. Some oakiness in the middle. An acrid tartness throughout. Creamy in the back with a white grape skin sweetness. Weird..... and not ready. Body is light with low carbonation. Watery on the palate and goes down dry and filmy with a long, lingering, filmy aftertaste.
This one is just not ready... I can't say that it will improve with time but as is, it's a hard pass for me.
