Sitiva is built on a base of all New Jersey-grown pale malt and oats, crashed to 160 before a Citra hit in the whirlpool. We fermented Sitiva with a co-pitch of NEIPA go-to London III and Brettanomyces anamola before a big beautiful dry hop with dank new SITIVA hops.
