PBC is a superfruited farmhouse ale refermented on 6 pounds per gallon of hand-crushed, pitted John Boy peaches from Cumberland County and 5 pounds per gallon of second-use Atlantic County blueberries.
We conditioned the final blend on Ugandan vanilla beans, before hitting it with Indonesian cinnamon and nutmeg.
