On draught at the brewery. Served in a cylindrical glass. It pours an attractive burnt orange color with a very modest, ecru-colored cap and minimal lacing. It has a big, vibrant nose with funky grape and peach notes. The taste in puckering tart up front but the peach provides some balancing sweetness. The farmhouse influence is subtle and there is little overt Belgian spicing. It's basically a fruity Wild Ale with a lot of flavor. Lite in feel with moderate carbonation, it drinks easily at 6% ABV. Overall, Angel Blend '23 is a great summertime brew with lots of fruit flavor but not overly sour. It would make a great popsicle.
