Stopped in on a lark with my buddy to finally get a taste of the B and the G. Semi-modern sort of décor, bar is the clear focus (looks to be a sort of speckled marble), some video games in the back on the right. Pretty laid-back atmosphere Somehow I can't remember if TVs are in play, aside from those showing the tap list. Weird. Anyway, we settled in with respective pints and then took on some flights. Plenty of styles to choose from among the nearly 30 taps, including Germans, Belgians, Americans, and barreled stuff. Most are pretty damn solid, only a couple just fell a bit flat for us. Bartender was rather friendly, didn't question him about his wares (sorry). Overall, a pretty nice place, one I could easily see becoming a semi-regular destination in the near future, if for nothing else than a change of pace hangout with plenty of ticking opportunities.
