A: The beer is hazy yellow in color and has a moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a short white head that left a large patch of bubbles covering the surface and a narrow collar around the edge fo the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of sourness are present in the nose along with notes of limes and hints of tangerines.
T: The taste follows the smell and has a moderate amount of sourness with strong notes of limes and hints of grapefruit and tangerine.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied, tart, and a bit crisp on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I liked the contrasting flavors of this beer with the citrus from the hops and the sourness from the lactobacillus. It was very easy to drink.
