12 oz can split with my wife, poured into a snifter. Pours a light golden yellow with a quickly fading head. No lacing. Aroma and flavor feature tart wheat with some nice citrus notes. Moderately carbonated with a medium mouthfeel. It's nice to get a plain berliner weisse in this day and age of fruited/lactose/gimmicks galore.
