Sudoku can greets you with a vibrant yellow label.Nov 30th can offered pale honey mustard pour with light collar and lace. Nose is balanced coconut, pineapple, guava and grass. Taste is slight fruit forward but fairly grainy and dense finish. Not bad.

On tap at Beertown Oakville. Review from notes. Labelled as a NE style DIPA. Given the ABV, went with Imperial IPA.
Appearance - Super turbid hazy pale yellowy gold color. Milkshake or juice-like in appearance. Decent finger of head that fizzles out somewhat quickly.
Smell - Big aromatics of pineapple, mango and lychee, with a smattering of orange and grapefruit.
Taste - Super juicy flavors of pineapple, lychee and melon with a touch of mango and some slight bitterness coming from orange and grapefruit. Booze is fairly well disguised here too.
Mouthfeel - Juicy, rich, but only a medium body, carbonation is fairly light and this brew is super crushable, wish I had another.
Overall - Fantastic NE DIPA, super juicy, light and easy to drink with all the best flavor combinations. Keep an eye on these guys, Ontario's got another IPA brewer to look out for. Wish I had a second beer at lunch a few days ago, went back and the tap had run dry.
