Can fresh from the brewery - pours a lightly hazed amber-gold in the glass with a 2 finger tan cap.....aromas of fresh bread fill the room, toasty notes and light tones of herbal hopping.......rich medium body, silken mouth feel, bready-toasty malt forward character....flavor profile has a big rich chew of Munich malts in front with some herbal hop support, the malt mix builds some complexity mid palate....then goes to a dry clean crisp increasingly bitter finish...Wow...best domestic Marzen I have tasted...spot on style guide lines, a rich full bodied malt bomb with a hop explosion at the finish
