Double ipa with maple syrup. Durand purchase and canned April 18, 2023. Review from notes
Appearance-super hazy and turbid pale straw brew in colour. Two fingers of rocky white head and a nice swath of lacing left behind.
Smell-mango passion fruit with a touch of pineapple. Good intensity.
Taste- mango and passion fruit with enough bitterness. A little other citrus there too. Maple syrup is super subdued you need to be looking for it but it’s there subtly in the aftertaste.
Mouthfeel- full bodied and creamy. Juicy and crushable with low carbonation. Not syrupy in any way but closer to the description than many other Dipas.
Overall- top shelf as always from these guys.

MS adds certain mouthfeel but also sweetness.Syrupy finish adds complexity. Good dipa. Draft at birreria volo.above average mouthfeel.mostly bitter hop.
