Can: Poured a hazy/cloudy pale yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrusy hoppy notes with some juicy floral hops undertones with some citrusy tropical notes and a semi-dry finale. Taste is also a good mix of citrusy hoppy notes with some juicy floral hops undertones with some citrusy tropical notes and a semi-dry finish. Body is full for style with a creamy feel with good carbonation. Enjoyable NEIPA with nice juicy hops notes.

Copenhagen 20/2 2026- 47,3 cl can from Kihoskh, Sønder Boulevard, Kbh. V. Purple can with a whole lot of fluffy sheep ready to lull me to sleep.
Pours opaque hazy yellow with a mid-sized white head . Settles as a paper thin layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet, slightly fermented odor of over-ripe stone fruits mingling with citrus fruit. Mango and bruised peach. Fermented fruit. Grapefruit and lemon. Tart citrus winning out in the end.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a strong citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a light sweet undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is quite dry,
Potent and tart take on a NEIPA.

Pours cloudy blond with a fluffy, long lasting cap. The aroma is of tropical, citrus Mosaic hops and some cookie dough. The taste is an explosion of fruity hops with mango, pineapple, strawberry and lemon flavors in abundance. Full mouthfeel with moderate carbonation and a mouth numbing bitterness. High bitterness but plenty of malt character as well in the long lasting finish.
A fantastic IPA from this excellent brewery. Highly recommended as it's immensely complex but more approachable than most.

473ml can from Durand. Served cold into a tulip. Review from notes.
Appearance - Hazy golden-white sheen with a couple fingers of medium lived white head. A bit of spidery lacing.
Smell - Semi-subdued nose with some melon and pineapple.
Taste - Matches the nose, semi-sweet with melon and pineapple. Wheat backbone and taste fades off a bit quick.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with prickly carbonation.
Overall - Tasty enough IPA, but a bit forgettable compared to some of Willibald's other creations.
