From a 355ml can packaged on 08-2025 poured into a flute. A two finger white head on a very slightly hazy straw. Excellent head retention. It sticks around to the end. Lots of foamy lacing.

Clean grassy smells. some hint of citrus. Tastes of bready malts. Slightly sweet. minimal hop finish.

A medium/light body and good carbonation. Overall a fine Helles. True to the style and well crafted. Well worth a try.

Can from the brewery, racked Nov.25/24 - pours a lightly hazed pale straw color brew in the glass with a 2 finger white cap....aromas of fresh bread, some sweetness, herbal hop tones and light green apple scents....mellow well rounded cold conditioned character.....fresh flavor has a big chew on pale malts in front, enough hos to subdue sweetness, some pear cider-like tones.....finish is clean crist but malty with increased bittering...all in all a very enjoyable Munich style Helles.....if I closed my eyes, I couldn't tell if I was drinking a Hacke-Pschorr Munich gold helles.
