can from the brewery, racked Dec 1/24.....pours a lightly hazed luscious red-amber with a 2 finger off white puffy cap....delicate demure aroma of boiled grains and spicy hops with sweet pear cider undertones....rich malty character, rounded well conditioned, soft silken mouth feel,,,a True Vienna in style and substance......flavor has the rich toasty malt complexity in front with just the right amount of noble hopping to curb the sweetness....hops come forward in the clean dry finish....a great Vienna wonderful to pair with stuffed pork tenderloin or a cheese board.
