Can from brewery, racked 25 days ago...pours a turbid cloudy pale gold with a 2 finger tight pored white cap that lasts.....aromas of pine, grape skins, floral, herbal over a sturdy boiled grain notes, fusil alcohol is well buried.....rounded mild character full bodied, soft silken mouthfeel...flavor has big malts and hops in a complex balance with many flavor impressions fruits, pine, biscuits, vinous, as this big brew melts on the palate....long wet venous finish...no hint of the alcohol this carries...a wonderful huge warming brew where one or two will fully satisfy
