Pours a nice deep brown color with a short bodied white colored head that leaves a little lacing down the glass as it fades. Smells of roasted malts, a hint of light hops and a slight brown sugar aroma at the end. Tastes of nicely roasted malts mainly, hints of coffee and deep dark chocolate, finishing with a crisp mild hop finish. Smooth and crisp feeling, perfect amount of carbonation. Very crushable, especially at the lower abv.
