Our dry hopped Kolsch is brewed with German-grown pilsner malt and generously hopped with Mosaic. Using traditional German yeast, this unfiltered beer is fermented and aged cold for a clean, crisp taste that is eminently satisfyingly.

Pour is pale yellow with the faintest haze. big chalk white head. excellent retention and lacing.
Nose is a wonderful, lightly fruity, blueberry, passion fruit, doughy.
Taste is citrus and blueberry upfront, followed by the more traditional kolsch profile. bready, doughy, floral.
smooth, crisp, and easy to drink. obviously not a traditional kolsch, but delicious.
