Poured from draft at the brewery into an English pint glass. Reddish clear dark brown color with nice creamy initial head and great curtain lacing. Toasted rye bread smell and taste. Malty, nutty and a bit smokey. Full bodied. Nice comforting beer that is great with pizza!

This Beer is created from the original recipe from the Brogniez family. Good is an understatement.
Reminds me of a very smooth shiner whitout the aftertaste. You have to try this very drinkable Beer.
The original was brewed in Houston by the Magnolia brewing company owned by Howard Hughes
