I dropped into Euryale while I was visiting the Inland Empire a few weeks back. It's in a kind of commercial/industrial park; the taproom sorta feels less like a bar than a lunchroom, as it is mostly furnished with long communal tables. So, kind of an odd spot, but the staff there were very friendly -- I sat up at the bar, which has like four seats.
When I visited, they had 15 of their beers on tap plus a hard seltzer. Styles included IPA, tropical blonde, coconut porter, an apple pie beer, chocolate peppermint stout, cherry gose, yuzu orange wheat, dry Irish stout, watermelon wheat, ESB, mango habanero IPA, another chili IPA, a kumquat kveik (!), a blueberry-lemon fruit ale, and a hazy IPA. So, definitely some interesting and nontraditional stuff in there, with an emphasis on fruit and other flavorings. The apple pie beer and mint stout were definitely interesting and as-advertised; tasty, but I wouldn't want more than a few ounces really. The tropical blonde was actually not too bad, either!
