Clermont Brewing Company

The space is well put together, its a crowd-pleaser and family forward restaurant with a brewery built inside. It looks like a Texas Roadhouse, merged with a sushi bar and then had a pizzeria for a child. The amount of food options available is where Ill say all the attention is going, the menu has sliders, pizza, BBQ, salads, etc. while the beer menu looks less exotic. The list is long; 1 example of every common beer style you could hope to see, Amber, Porter, Hazy IPA, Light Lager, maybe a stout, but the flavors were just standard, nothing stood out. The taste wasn't bad but not original. After watching football on the giant sports bar TV's and watching local drink sangria and cocktails you get the vibe that this is a family restaurant and less of a brewery. The food tasted great, the wait staff and servers were really nice, the service was fast. This is a suburban catch all for locals to join up and have fun while drinking a 'craft beer,' not a destination brewery that will have BBA bottle releases with lines out the door.
