Not too far from Koto, also located downtown. Beautiful new facility, many seating options. Extensive menu, higher end. Solid 10 taps, range from light to dark. Top notch service.

Stopped here around 9:30pm on 28 July 2021. First beer place of the (Nearly) Annual Great Summer (to Fall?) Road Trip. Tried to get into Bosque Brewing Co last night but I showed up ten min after last call…

Sat outside, dogs enthusiastically welcomed.

Dinner menu already closed down, but I wasn’t too hungry anyway. Got the Summertime Salad… the arugula was a bit old and it was missing the chicken breast which they brought out after I brought it to attention. Kinda plain for a grilled chicken breast….
Had the wit and four IPAs, all pretty decent
The five beer sampler was $10 for ~4oz pours, but the Banjo #4 was a $4.50 up charge which wasn’t mentioned upfront… that’s PtY pricing….

I really wanted to like this place more, but the service was a bit slow, the one dish I ordered didn’t come out as it should have, and the ridiculously expensive sampler was a huge turn off.

On the plus side, everyone loved my pup.

a neat place right in the center of downtown twin falls, looks like an old bank or something, but beautifully renovated inside. its airy and has high ceilings, a big patio area for when its nicer out, a view down to the brew house below, and an intimate lofted seating area as well, big bar right in the center of the place, substantial in size. they have been open as a restaurant and bar for a little while now, but only just started brewing, some delay on permitting or something slowed them down, but they are rolling now, with a handful of their own on tap and still some relevant craft guest taps too, and a full bar. the restaurant element is fantastic, i had killer lunch here, thoughtful and homemade food, way above average pub fare. the beer was basic to me, but solid, i think very good for first batches of things, but nothing to hurry me back there. i think once they get up and running a bit things will get more ambitious, but i liked their brown ale quite well, and thought the eleventh hour ipa was pretty nice too. the beer goes well with the food, and quality and attention to detail seem high here on both sides. looking forward to watching this place come into its own on the beer side, already one of the better food establishments around, they should do really well. nice folks everywhere in here too, everyone i have met so far has been great. stoked they are finally making their own beers!
