A: The beer is hazy dark orange amber in color and has a moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that left a thin collar around the edge of the glass and lots of lacing down the sides.
S: Moderate aromas of honey and lime are present in the nose.
T: The taste has flavors of lime citrus along with underlying notes of honey, the latter of which gets stronger as the beer warms up. There is a light amount of crispness.
M: It feels nearly medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation. The hops also contribute a light amount of crispness.
O: I enjoyed the combination of honey and lime in this beer, although it was hardly hoppy or bitter for an IPA.
