ypnotizing golden flare. Sweet tones and a broad range of citrus aromas compliment a unique spin on a traditional Munich-amber style. We use all natural domestic honey to give this ale a pleasant saturation of quality.

really cool beer, neat honey profile. first ive ever heard of these guys and a great first impression. ive long loved various takes on honey beer, and they have something loosely german at the base of this which is unique, its also really honey forward without being super sweet, which is the sweet spot for these, no pun intended. a rich golden color to this, light haze, and a good head on it, not quite as light looking as expected, a little more substance and structure to this, and im all about it. the honey is forward in the nose with some lightly toasted european to me grain character, minerals and good water chemistry and all that, but the honey hits with notes of almond and chestnut, very autumnal in that way, also a little bit floral, earthy and kind of woody too, less delicate than i think i thought it would be, and distinctive, yet not too sweet either, and well incorporated into the beer, a subtle yeast note is there as well adding complexity, intentional im sure. the flavor has a nice synergy between the honey and the malt, its still pale beer but the grain is quite flavorful, cereal forward, almost a honey nut cheerio element to this which is cool, yellow florals in the honey, a little herbal bitterness too, and the faintest hint of like a warming cinnamon wrapped up in the honey profile too. refreshing still because it ends up on the drier side, almost a lager aspect about it, and its quick overall, very drinkable, excited feeling, and truly original overall. impressive beer, id like to try more from these guys, this is inspired and professional.

"Brewed with honey." "Munich amber-style."
Pleasant and approachable albeit simplistic, with a Munich malt base bolstered by faint honey as well as some 2-row and faint floral hop notes. Balanced and enjoyable for what it is, but a bit shallow with no real freshness to its malts or depth of flavour to its yeast. Not overhopped for a German ale, but not exactly on the money for a German ale either (seeming like a bastardized take on a German beer, nevermind the obvious eschewal of the reinheinsbegot).
