This is not, all due respect to whoever added this beer, an Irish Dry Stout. If you're looking for craft quality beer in the Caribbean, always best to see if you can find the local macro brewer's version of this beer. They are pretty uniformly wonderful examples of the Foreign Export Stout style that this beer created. The version made here is less sweet and tropically fruity than you typically find in this part of the world. More roast and a bit more bitter, closer to the version would find in the US. You should have no trouble finding it in the to go case of the local mini-market, for a couple of bucks a bottle. Seek it out!

Black pour with khaki to light tan head; good cap retention and decent lacing. Lite roast malt nose. Lite roast, biscuit, lite spicy hops and bitterness under caramel malt flavor. Grainy, medium lite mouthfeel; moderate carbonation; dry finish. Well balanced with lite roast linger.
