Our sweet little Gil is brewed with Barke Pilsner malt from Weyermann, the preeminent German maltster, German Hallertau Mittelfruh hops, and the noblest of German lager yeast. Like all our German beers, Gil's Pils is brewed in reverence to traditional German brewing techniques. A complex step and decoction mash schedule provides a base wort that is fermented and lagered for almost three months before it finds its way into your glass. The result is a crisp, clean, and crushable Pils that is a perfect companion for all life's adventures.

Aroma is bread/malts, mild fruit and a hint of piney hops. The flavor is malts/grains/bread, mild fruit/very small hint of vinegar and a very crips/bitter/slightly piney hop finish.

Slow pour from the side tap. For those keeping count at home that’s two active lukr handles.
Looks great! Hops have a lightly grassy nose. Similar sip, with an earthy finish and a soft roundness.

Amazing Pils, one of the best made outside of the fatherland. True to the style with a slight modern twist. Strong, dry aroma hops. Side-pull faucet slow pour at the brewery taproom. Amazing foam, strong lacing, delicate carbonation. The only thing not true to the style is a certain haze, but that’s what results in the incredible mouthfeel.

Slow pour into tap pint at the brewery. Amazing head. Clear, crisp, refreshing. Later aftertaste just average.

Pours a clear light golden color with a white head. Smell is floral grassy and bready. Taste has lemon grassy notes with baked bread caramel malts light citrus and floral hops. A quenchable crisp mouth feel easy to drink and tasty.
