Idiom w/Peanuts

Great looking liquid, dark brown with ruby highlights. The head starts out superb and pillowy tan. That fizzles away quickly though...oil from peanuts? Dirty glassware? I suspect it’s not the glassware because the other 3 variants were so similar. Smells delightful with subtle peanut notes, some graham cracker too. Flavor is very much like the aroma at first with nice rich nuttiness. That transitions to a fake metallic and vaguely alcohol-tinged note. Mouthfeel suffers the most from this. Slightly cloying also. Overall starts out strong but quickly becomes a shadow of its former self. None of these Idiom variants really impressed. I would love to try the base beer, I imagine it could be really good!
