Straw yellow color, clear and bright; lively carbonation; thick white head, semi-creamy and rocky; thin, broken rings of foam circle the inside of the glass. Outstanding waft of roasted corn with a note of mineral water; light floral hops. Very mild malt backbone flavor; moderate hop bitterness; minerals; a bit watery. Light body; soft, velvety mouthfeel; light dryness.
Although the taste is rather thin, this still comes across as a nice beer, soft and refreshing with a low ABV.
