Bottle pour; there's no head. I'm not sure if there's carb. It's thicc. There's particles of something, probably coconut, sticking to the glass. The nose is BAKED cake. Not cake batter, but actual cake out of the oven, sliced, and presented for consumption. The toasted hazelnut and cacao nibs are forward, with the cinnamon and coconut out back taking a smoke break. The flavor is where those particles come into play. It's cakey with a heavy coconut frosting, with the wisp of cinnamon carrying into barrel char and an appropriately long finish.
