West Coast Pilsner with Anchovy hops
In front of you is our Ship of Theseus, the third entry in our West Coast Pilsner collection. SoT uses crisp lager yeast, clean Pilsner malt, and choice hops from Yakima Valley. We then allow it to lager, as it might've on a ship ride home from battle. While SoT's mouthfeel is light and bright, it has an assertive hoppy finish of watermelon, raspberry, and pine.
