Pinch yourself all you want; it's not a dream. We collaborated with Field Day Brewing to bring you our first-ever Cascadian Dark Lager.
What's a CDL? Well, Fields of Elation introduces itself with a roasty malt base that we balanced with a hand-selected hop blend including Cascade, Mosaic, and our no-longer-secret ingredient: Citra HyperBoost. A short lagering period gave FOE the clear, clean body you've come to expect from the Lua Lagerhaus.
We proudly present the perfect balance between warm, toasty malt; bright hops; and cool, crisp lager. Crack one open and stroll through endless fields of elation.

Billed as a Cascadian lager, so somewhat of a hoppy schwarzbier perhaps?
Light malt and roast with a delicate hopping that gives it a gentle complexity. I caught a hint of smoke on the finish.

Aroma is dark/roasted malts, piney hops and a hint of burnt toast. The flavor is citrus/fruit, roasted/nutty malts and a grapefruit/slightly spicy hop/acidic finish.

Can from John’s poured into glass. Roasty smell mixed with plenty of hop flavor.

A Black IPL, eh?! Calls itself a Cascadian Dark Lager. Tastes like a super clean Black IPA. West coast aggressive bitterness, delicate roasty notes underneath it. What a fun one!
