Tap at DeGarde in Tillamook, OR. Jet black colour with absolutely no head at all. Aromas of dark roast coffee, Mounds bars, and German chocolate cake. On the palate, this beverage is hedonistically sweet and coating with notes of day old coffee, dark chocolate fondant, singed black currants, steeped Brooks prunes and muscavado. There's some bitterness on the back palate and a long boozy finish.

Bottle pour; this is the thinnest stout from Lua I've ever encountered, and that's OK, because the coconut hazelnut coffee shines without it being a chore to drink.
