Collaboration with Dimensional Brewing and Wise I Brew Co.
In order to become a master, one must be willing to begin as a fool. That is exactly what we did with our friends at Dimensional and Wise-I. Putting our creative minds together, we brewed up a collaborative masterpiece: Three Fools. Perhaps our wisest addition.to the triple IPA family, the first sip is packed with citrus
and juicy fruits, while a moderate: bitterness arrives at the back of the palate. A dimension
breaking dose of hops gives it the full range of aromas and tastes sought after in triple IPAs.

Good color, poor head. Aroma is subdued, bitterness is almost non-existent. Hot heat at the first sip. Syrupy mouthfeel with breathy alcohol in the finish. I had hoped this one would be the rare synergistically better beer than what each individual brewery would make, but it isn’t. Would be better if much less boozy, with considerable bitterness to balance the sweetness and alcohol, and with better head retention to carry the aroma. Glad I only bought a single.

Can pour was barely hazy, smelled bitter, tasted earthy, finished super clean for a triple. But is it WC or NEIPA or that in-between 'hazy' effort I detest in general?
